DO YOU HAVE BUSINESS INSURANCE?

YES! Many venues require all vendors to carry insurance. My policy is through Commerce, and I have General Liability coverage for up to $2,000,000. If your venue needs a certificate of insurance, just let me know and I can forward you a copy!

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?

I recommend securing any of your vendors as soon as you decide that you’d like to have them included in your wedding day.

My couples typically book 8 months - 1.5 years in advance. There are always popular dates that book up first, so if your wedding is in May, June, September or October then you'll want to reach out and secure your date ASAP!

Any professional will require a signed contract and retainer in order to reserve your date in their calendar. For me, I require a $2000 non-refundable retainer and a signed contract in order to book. After that, your final balance isn’t due until 30 days before your event!

Do you work with a 2nd photographer?

Yes! Most of our clients opt for a Wedding Collection that includes a second photographer, but you can ABSOLUTELY hire just me to capture your wedding.

I photograph with 2 cameras at all times, both of which have duel SD cards slots. This means that I am recording 2 copies of your images at all times in order to keep them safe!

HOW DO I PRINTS MY IMAGES?

After your Wedding Day, our dedicated Design Team will put together a Custom Album design for you. We’ll meet via Zoom where you’ll have the opportunity to view all of the incredible moments from your wedding day and decide which moment's you want printed in your album! We call this our “Reveal Celebration!”

The Reveal Celebration typically takes place 10-12 weeks after the wedding day, and we will schedule it ahead of time so you'll know the exact date that you'll recieve all of your images.

That same night, we will deliver your full collection of images digitally, where you can download them onto any device for sharing online, and with friends & family! You can expect your heirloom printed products to be delivered 4-6 weeks after your Reveal Celebration.

The easiest way to order small and bulk prints at the touch of a button is right from your gallery. I will link my favorite Professional Print Shop to your gallery, and I guarantee that any prints you order through your gallery will be professional-grade and beautiful!

You are welcome to download your images and use a different Print Shop of choice, however we are not responsible for the print quality of those products, if they are not to your satisfaction.

WHAT IF WE WANT TO ORDER MORE PRINTS IN THE FUTURE?

You can order small and bulk prints directly from your gallery, or contact me directly to purchase any Heirloom items for as long as your gallery is online.

WHERE ARE YOU BASED OUT OF, AND DO YOU TRAVEL?

While my business is based out of Central Massachusetts, I love to travel!

I include travel for up to 30 miles from my location. All weddings over 100 miles away will require a 2 night hotel stay for our team so we can be properly rested and arrive on time for your wedding.
